BEQ is a quotation and estimating tool. It is not an official tax filing system or an accredited e-invoicing provider, and quotations it produces are not tax filings.
- Is there a free trial or free plan?
- Creating an account is free. Every new account gets exactly one free quotation PDF download; after that free download is used, a subscription is required for additional quotation PDF downloads. You can cancel a subscription from your account settings.
- Can I use BEQ outside the UAE?
- Yes. Currency is resolved per visitor at checkout rather than being fixed to the UAE figures shown on this page.
- Is the yearly plan cheaper?
- The yearly price is the monthly one multiplied by ten, so paying yearly costs less than paying month to month for twelve months.
- Can I import my existing prices?
- Yes. Upload an Excel or CSV file and BEQ shows you what it will add and update before anything changes. See price library import for the detail.
